Owner and manager at KEFI

Since February 2022, I have been working at Kefi Beverage Co., Ltd. as the owner and manager of the café. The café is located in Si Phaya, Bangrak, Bangkok, and is known for its fresh coffee, homemade bagels, and friendly atmosphere. I am involved in many aspects of the business, including R&D for menu creation, analyzing locations, competitors, customer behavior, and assessing potential growth opportunities. I also handle inventory management and ensure the café complies with government regulations on safety and hygiene. Additionally, I contribute new ideas for business development and manage budget allocation to optimize resources efficiently.

Running the café has significantly sharpened my leadership and decision-making skills. I’ve learned how to balance creativity with practicality to deliver a unique customer experience. Collaborating with my team has taught me the importance of clear communication and adaptability, especially during busy hours or unforeseen challenges. I’ve also gained valuable insights into marketing, customer engagement, and the power of word-of-mouth promotion. This experience has strengthened my passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
