From January to August 2024, I worked as a freelance social media content creator for Supreme Pharmatech Co., Ltd.’s OEM services. My responsibilities included creating engaging content for social media posts, communicating with the graphics team, monitoring social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LINE, responding to customer messages, and overseeing Facebook and Instagram ad performance.

This role allowed me to strengthen my skills in digital marketing and content strategy. I gained hands-on experience in crafting messages that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences. Working closely with the graphics team improved my ability to collaborate and give clear creative direction. I also learned how to analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Managing customer interactions taught me the importance of prompt, professional communication in building trust and loyalty. Overall, this freelance experience deepened my interest in social media marketing and expanded my ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
