Since May 2024, I have been working as a social media content creator at Lylac Glow Co., Ltd. My responsibilities include creating engaging content for social media posts, coordinating with the graphics team, monitoring social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LINE, and responding to customer messages across these platforms.

This role has helped me develop a deeper understanding of brand voice and audience engagement. I’ve learned how to create content that not only informs but also connects emotionally with followers. Collaborating with the graphics team has strengthened my ability to work in a creative team environment and bring ideas to life visually. Managing customer interactions has sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills. I’ve also become more skilled at tracking social media insights and adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement. Overall, this experience has further fueled my passion for social media marketing and creative storytelling.
