Supreme Studio Co., Ltd. - General Manager and customer relations manager

Since January 2024, I have been working at Supreme Studio Co., Ltd. as both General Manager and Customer Relations Manager. I’ve been involved in a wide range of projects, including commercials, concert VTRs, short films, music videos, and more. My responsibilities include greeting and assisting all customers who visit the studio, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. Currently, Supreme Studio has partnered with Stage for Company and The Studio Park Company to form FIGMENT STUDIO, where I continue to oversee customer relations. I also participate in meetings, contribute ideas to improve the business, and work closely with the team to solve challenges and enhance operations.

This role has greatly strengthened my leadership and interpersonal skills. I’ve learned how to manage both creative projects and client expectations, ensuring satisfaction on all sides. Collaborating with major industry partners has given me valuable insights into the entertainment and production world. I’ve also developed problem-solving abilities, finding ways to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience. Being part of the team at FIGMENT STUDIO has been especially exciting, as I’ve had the chance to help shape a new brand and grow its presence in the market. Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue expanding my leadership role and contributing to the studio’s long-term success.
